Customers are responsible for any customs charges. We are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, then your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. The order will not be eligible for a refund.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost of stolen packages.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

We accept exchanges on full priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to exchanges.

All sale items and intimates are final sale.

Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and original boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box. All returns will be checked.
