Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing of all orders. Items may be shipped separately from different locations.

Free domestic shipping for orders over 300 USD.

Domestic shipping is 10 USD via UPS.

Domestic orders over 750 USD will be shipped with signature required. Please email shop@sandyliang.info to waive the signature requirement.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you add Route Purchase Protection to your cart for domestic orders.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Due to high order volume, please allow 7 to 12 business days for processing of all orders. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.

All full priced items purchased between Nov 23 - Dec 25 have until January 15th to exchange or return for store credit.

We offer returns for store store credit within 14 days of receipt.

We accept size exchanges on full priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Exchange order will be created upon review of returned item. 

All sale items (including flash and sample sale items) and intimates are final sale.

Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and packaging, and original boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box. All returns will be checked.

Please note all return orders will be charged a standard $15 processing fee. This processing fee will be deducted from your store credit. 

This product is available for pre-order and will ship once it arrives in stock. If your order contains other items, the entire order will ship together when this pre-order item is ready. For faster delivery, please purchase separately.

Pre-order items require a 100% deposit. The shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
