Shipping information

Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing of all orders.

Free domestic shipping for orders over 300 USD.

Domestic shipping is 10 USD via UPS.

Domestic orders over 750 USD will be shipped with signature required. Please email to waive the signature requirement.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you add Route Purchase Protection to your cart for domestic orders.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

We accept exchanges on full priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to exchanges.

All sale items (including flash sale items) and intimates are final sale.

Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, and original boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box. All returns will be checked.

Pick up orders

Pick-up orders will be canceled and refunded if they are not picked up within 4 weeks of fulfillment.


Pre-order items require a 100% deposit. The shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.
